Step 1) Please complete the “”Lease Application” below and Click the Submit Button. We will review your application
Step 2) Upon review and approval of the application, we will send to your e-mail an invitation to request a Credit Report from Experian. Click the link in the e-mail to pull your own credit score with Experian and check Your Report & FICO® Score. You can use this Credit Check/Background Report for anyone else your applying to. Pulling Credit Check/Background Reports will NOT effect your credit score. If there are 2 people renting, both tenants must obtain their score and report. Once you create your Credit Report we will be able to review and approve you as a tenant.
Step 3) We will prepare the Lease Contract for you (and co-tenant) to sign and return via e-mail.
Step 4) Take possession of your beautiful, new home!
