We coordinate you with our various licensed construction contractors, engineers, mold remediation and much more. We were local Builders in Panama City, and have been through many hurricanes. Don’t worry about being taken advantage of, we have been through the storm ourselves. We have references. We do all the facilitating to get you a finished project.

My Late (deceased) Husband Larry Elam and I built developments, Condominiums, Commercial Properties and homes in Bay County for over 43 years. The corporation is named below.
Greenwood Development/Elam Builders Inc. Judy and her husband built and developed Greenwood Estates, Greenwood Acres, Greenwood Heights in Woodlawn, North Beach Estates, and many homes and Commercial Properties. Judy Built homes in Leesburg and remodeled Condos in Madeira Beach. Judy now lives in Leesburg, She wanted to help people in Panama City Beach, Panama City, and Tyndall area, and surrounding areas recover with new updated homes. People can either buy a home that has been transformed, have them transform their home, or just sell their home for cash.
