Sample:  Took home and made it into 3 apartments.  Raising rents from $1400 month to $4300. per month.
Took Swamp property that had little value and raised a portion of the property 4 ft. and placed 2 homes instead of 1.
Took 3.2 acres and put 54 apartments and 2 commercial buildings along with a pool and storage area.
Had a repossessed subdivision and brought it up to code, updated the HOA and put a commercial building in the front.
Took that commercial building remodeled it, and put 27 offices in it, bringing the income to $11K month instead of $6K.
We take floor plans and make some suggestions, land and make recommendations.
We are long-time residence of the Pensacola area and we have a passion to see our area restored to it’s beauty and glory of our pre-hurricane past.

We transformed this condo from old and dated to exciting, fresh and new.

Designing a Subdivision
We took 3.2 Acres of raw wooded land.  Developed 9 buildings on Condos and Townhomes.  We added 2 commercial buildings, a swimming pool, boat dock, boat storage area and used concrete drives.  We are able to do this because there was water and sewer provided, giving us the ability to have this density.

Greenwood Heights in Woodlawn
We took 10 acres of raw wooded land, and put in the water and sewer, developed 1/4 acre lots and put 28 homes in the subdivision.
North Beach Estates
Our company purchased a repossessed subdivision, revamped the sewerage, and started building homes and a commercial building in the front.  We created a wonderful area for people to live and work.  The offices (27) of them, allows for people in the complex to work in the offices.
Greenwood Acres
First retirement community in North Florida.  We developed 10 acres, divided over 50 lots and put 2 storage areas, a community center with pool.  We put in sewer and water in the complex.  This was wooded raw land when we began.
