We will inspect your property and look for the value of the property. We will give you some ideas of comps in the area. You will be given an offer that includes all closing costs, and you will be given cash within 7-10 days. Our inspection period takes 3-5 days.
We will need information from you:
– Has Insurance completed their final payments to you?
– Do you have a mortgage that needs to be paid? We will need the payoff information.
– Is your home or property in a flood zone?
– Does your property have community water and sewer?
– If septic tank, will it need replacing?
– What is the age of the property?
– What type of property, lot, single family home, duplex. etc. do you have?
